Because of the different types of curtains, the cleaning methods are also different! The surface of the curtain looks smooth, but it is actually an optical texture, which makes cleaning more difficult.


When cleaning, you can use a soft cloth or feather broom to sweep along the lines of the screen. Do not use too much force during the cleaning process to avoid damaging the lines of the screen and affecting the playback effect.

1. Use an eraser for small pieces of non-wetting stains


When there are relatively small non-wetting stains, a better way is to use an eraser to gently wipe off.


Inferior erasers not only do not wipe clean, but also leave stains that are more difficult to remove, so we have to spend some time in choosing erasers to avoid self-defeating (pure white high-grade erasers are recommended)



2. For cleaning liquid stains or large areas of stains, use detergents


When the projector screen encounters liquid stains or a large area of ​​stains, we have to choose a cleaner. The following are the precautions:


1. Ensure that the pH value of the cleaning agent is as neutral as possible. Do not use oily cleaners and cleaners with brighteners. Water-based, volatile foam cleaners can be used, none of which will damage the screen.


2. When cleaning the projector screen, use an erasing tool with the smallest possible molecular particles. Because the surface of the curtain is actually uneven, you must choose a polymer sponge or the like. The sponge particles are very small. After the detergent is moistened to soften the dirt, it can fully remove the dirt and small stains in the pits.



3. For oily stains, use degreasing solvents


When the curtain is stained with oily stains, this is a tricky thing, and it is relatively troublesome to deal with. Proceed as follows:


1. Use a cotton ball dipped in a small amount of degreasing solvent to quickly wipe and fade.


2. Dilute with more pure water or neutral detergent and absorb as soon as possible.


Note: This method can remove some oily stains, but it is still insufficient for some strong color stains.


Note: Do not clean the glass bead curtain! ! !


Commonly used projector screens can be divided into white plastic screens, glass bead screens, metal screens, etc. according to the screen materials.


The projection screen of the glass bead curtain material, because the surface has a fine quartz coating, stains can easily penetrate into the gaps between the particles, so it is difficult to clean up. The quartz crystal on the surface itself is easy to be stained with stains, that is, secondary pollution occurs.


Therefore, when using the glass bead screen material, you should be extra careful and take good care of it, and it is best to put it away in time when not in use.


Generally speaking, except that the glass bead curtain material has no cleaning characteristics, other curtain materials can basically choose the appropriate cleaning method according to the degree of contamination.
